The owner is a Licenses Master Social Worker who practiced as a Mental health and Substance Abuse Therapist for Children, Youth, Adult and Seniors. We have licensed and insured drivers. We run background checks, random drug & alcohol screening and specialized training in safety. Reliable and on-time service

**No Refunds**
Once a service is scheduled and paid for, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued. We encourage all clients to review their appointments and service details carefully before making payments.
**Service Rescheduling**
We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your transportation service under the following conditions:
   - Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
   - Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.
   - Rescheduling may incur additional fees depending on the nature of the change. 

Services and Fees are no exchangeable!

  **Cancellation Policy**
If you need to cancel your scheduled transportation, please note the following conditions:
   - Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will not incur any penalty, but no refunds will be given.
   - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in a 100% service fee charge.
**No-Shows**
If the driver arrives at the designated pick-up location and the passenger does not show up or is unavailable within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time:
   - The trip will be considered a "no-show."
   - No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows, and the full service fee will be charged. 

**Service Delays**
While we strive to arrive on time, factors such as traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the timing of services. In such cases:
   - We will communicate any delays promptly.
   - Refunds will not be provided for delays, but we will work to minimize disruptions to your schedule.
**Exceptional Circumstances**
In rare and extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, severe weather), we will assess cancellations or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if such a situation arises.
