We are committed to providing reliable, timely, and secure medical courier services. Due to the sensitive and time-critical nature of medical deliveries, we have implemented a strict no refund policy. This ensures that we can maintain the highest standards of service and allocate our resources efficiently to meet our clients’ needs.
No Refund Policy - All Payments Are Final
Service Completion: Once a medical courier service has been completed and the delivery has been made, all payments are considered final. No refunds will be issued for completed services, regardless of the condition or reception of the package, as long as the delivery was completed per the agreed terms.
Prepaid Services: For prepaid services or deliveries scheduled in advance, no refunds will be provided if the service is canceled by the customer.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made within 2 hours will incur a fee.
Changes: Any changes to your booking should be communicated as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
