Refund Policy
Serviced
**Service Completion**
All payments for cleaning services are final once the service is completed. No refunds will be issued for completed services, regardless of customer satisfaction.
**Prepaid Services**
If the service is prepaid and the customer cancels after the service has been completed, no refunds will be provided. -
**Non-Refundable Service**
Any special requests or additional services beyond the standard scope are non-refundable once the service is performed.
**Policy Updates - Changes**
The company reserves the right to modify this no refund and cancellation fee policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via our website or direct communication.
Cancellation
**Cancellation Notice**
Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service without incurring a fee.
**Late Cancellations**
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
**No-Shows**
If the customer fails to provide any notice and does not show up for the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total service cost will be charged.
**Rescheduling**
If the customer wishes to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the cancellation fee will apply, and a new service date must be arranged.
**Refunds for Service Errors - Company Mistakes**
If an error is made by the company (e.g., the service was not performed as agreed), the customer will receive a credit for the amount equivalent to serviced fee.
