Agility Transport Refund Policy
Refunds for Moving
Zero Refund and Cancellation Policy for Ride and In-State Moving Services.
All Payments Are Final. No Refunds After Service Completion. Once the ride or in-state moving service has been completed, all payments are considered final. No refunds will be issued for completed services, regardless of the customer’s satisfaction or other circumstances.
Prepaid Services: For services that are prepaid, including deposits or full payments, no refunds will be provided if the service is canceled by the customer or after service completion.
Non-Refundable Deposits: Booking Deposits - Any deposit made to secure a moving service or ride is non-refundable. This ensures that our resources are properly allocated for your scheduled service.
Rescheduling Fee: If a customer reschedules a service, the deposit will be applied to the new date, subject to availability, but a rescheduling fee may apply. If the new date is not available, the deposit is non-refundable. Also, No exchange .
Refund for Rides
Cancellations More Than 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Ride: If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled ride, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Ride: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total ride cost.
No-Shows: If a customer does not show up for the scheduled ride without providing prior notice, they will be charged the full ride cost.

We reserve the right to modify this zero refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through our website or directly via email or phone communication. .
